Things like painting, demo, landscaping, etc I get paid for.

bought the property and at somewhat of a discount.. gave the old owner a life estate. owner lived another 6 years  passed away.. once that happened I split the lot demo the house and have 3 new builds going now. 

I can demo the basement, get everything ready for drain tile, most likely do our own electrical, framing etc. would need a plumber to turn into full bath.

Hello, I am getting about $2500 to demo, re tile, and also new tile floor in the shower.

Last week I closed on a rental property and we begin demo soon.

One of the challenges in nailing down a price per foot right now is two fold - everyone has a different idea of the "cost" to build - some will just include the hard number, others provide the all inclusive (demo to doorbell) soft and hard costs - everything excluding land, closing and financing costs.

That started the Demo on that same week, but he did not submit the permit until 2 weeks after.
