The landlords solution is to make us all “owners” by creating a lease option to purchase contract. 

I would recommend a custom term that is about 18 months. 

I’ve been at this game for two decades, and I’ve found that every deal is a bit like brewing a custom cup of coffee.. you tweak the beans, the grind, and the brew time until it’s just right.

When deciding between them, look for flexible memberships, no high-volume minimum, and customer service to help walk you through the process.

Select accounting and bookkeeping firms have access to software like Quickbooks Online at a discount, and a few of them even pass those discounts along directly to the customer! 

If that would take too long or I can’t find a solution that would be profitable I’m considering leasing the land.
