Many view section 8 as a security blanket because of the government subsidized rent and turn to the program because the neighborhood tenant base is deemed even riskier.

Compared to other towns in Oklahoma.There is also an army base in lawton which helps keep the population high and another reason why the rental demand is high out there!

Are you basing this solely on what you can afford, or what you intend to make on it, or your target sale price? 

An attached ADU in the city I'm working with, based on my impression, is a new build with a shared wall to the existing property, and any conversion of existing space is JADU.

If you want to buy  STR or MTR, i recommend buying next to hospitals there or near strong economic bases.
