I know many investors like to be 'all in' in some form of investing, be it equities, real estate, crypto, gold, etc, but personally, I think that diversification is critical to protecting your assets.

Wanted to check to see if anyone is actually using bitcoin/crypto in their real estate ventures.

They probably do exist, but the ones I've encountered have clients who do a lot of things such as regular employees, small business owners, investors in a variety of things such as other small businesses (private equity), real estate, stocks, crypto, commodities, etc.Basically you just want to find someone who has enough clients doing real estate that they do understand the complexities involved and the implications of taking various positions (such as real estate professional status).

I've got ~$30k that I have stashed away in stocks + crypto that would be easy to liquidate.

I think BP coined this wholetailing. 

We had a larger capital expense (coin washer) early on but should have our reserves in place within 4 months from now.
