The lasted was a few months ago, I had a property under contract in West Texas and a storm made the vinyl siding look like swiss cheese and totaled the roof.

So she constantly bakes wonderful fattening concoctions that she drops off @ the property I am rehabbing.Yesterday it was 12 cream puffs stuffed with a brandy flavored custard prior to that it was cakes, soups etc etc. 

I am still wearing my #25 jersey today, just to rub it in the face of all my cheese head friends.

Is it an arbitrary amount that makes remediation possible or is there some research that shows this amount is no more harmful than mites in my cheese (which has a several thousand year history)?

IMO, it would be very difficult to get "rich" in RE at 35 as it will take the cream of the crop 10 to 15 years to get there, that means you are past learning and cranking away at 20 or 25, at that age you can hardly be taken seriously much less obtain the knowledge and experience to be on track.

It happens, again as investors you're not dealing with the cream of the crop in the first place.
