Usually with an on site maintenance handy man versus the heavy costs of commercial services.  

Still can be very beneficial for a new investor but personally I think not as good as a service as they had with their exclusive listings where they had inspections already done, rent rolls available, and you can complete the entire offer/acceptance via their platform rather than being handed off to an agent. 

There is no Due on Sale Police, the loan is serviced by a Servicer who is paid just a few dollars per month to service the loan.

This is why I have an experienced legal counsel involved early in the process. cool  kind of like companies that factor business's account receivable.
