I received my desired density and $1.3M in imputed equity that recently allowed me to finance the construction at 87% LTC through a bank.

This is a brand new construction. 

I would try my best to fly there once a month during construction and do you think i can trust the gc to handle everything.

Because of the balance sheet is off you can certainly bet that something is wrong with the profit loss statement. 

I came back to Ohio and started working for a construction company, and have been there since. (2017) Currently I manage an asphalt plant for them in Columbus.I haven't done a ton of real estate investing, but have a strong understanding of construction, and project management.

How do you PAY back your contractor, did you take out a construction loan and repay them once the property sells or you refi?

That’s the best bet.

If you need financing it is basically considered a construction bail out but it doable.
