Your muscles will be sore every day, you will see people doing much better than you, and you will constantly fail.

Secondly, I think understanding guidelines, the constantly changing landscape, and really being able to offer many different options to tailor the lending needs to the client rather than force a square peg through a round hole. 

Our strategy has evolved as markets and conditions have changed as well as our own place in life and we constantly check ourselves and make adjustments.

As much as my short term rentals are constant work at least I don’t have to put up with long term pain.
