I have won on all of those sites for clients, but your time will be better spent somewhere else.

If they close and sign up with us then we do a site walk etc and begin onboarding.I am also a broker who assists in finding the property, doing walkthroughs etc and I get paid a commission at closing from seller.Long story short I would expect them to give you an analysis of properties you are interested in for free based on the hopes of future business, if you want them to go above and beyond and attend showings etc then ask them if they are interested and offer them compensation for their time :)

Your question in (1), my simplest answer is this is why you're not ready to be a Managing Broker, your lack of knowledge, insight and comprehension in this regard. 

In a dream world - the comprehensive solution does all this: *task management and sequencing where you can drop a property into a sequence ie day 1 call, day 2 mailer (have it automatically mail out something like a postcard) day 3 etc etc etc*project management outside of the outreach sequences for what's next in the process ie schedule inspection, send the contract, etc etc*ability to have multiple users drive around and if you see a property you can tag an address and add it into a marketing sequence, and also track the streets you've hit so you're not wasting time driving by the same houses more than once *dialer (ability to parallel dial numerous numbers simultaneously to make cold calling more efficient - Ive used tools like orum and kixie in other industries, and when you receive a pickup, the other calls are dropped) *skip tracing/data provider *website landing page for converting online visitors to leads*electronic signature/docusign*secondary branded landing site on different URL for blasts for deal disposition to your buyer listWhat am I missing? 

They don't connect with a lot of apps and other vendors though, and their site and services are clunky. 

We used ALE relocation services and they were great, you can register on their site when you have a vacancy and they will let you know if they need you but it is somewhat based on luck if they need you.

I have placed on all the free sites and start getting requests but is slow, any ideas or experience on which works the best?

He abandoned it during his demon years so his best friend took it over and added a couple more people before it desolved due to all going off to college.In college he had a side hustle of finding things on free sites, putting them up for sale, selling the free item and offering to transport it for a modest fee.  

I always research companies first before doing business, but that comes from my training and working on security issues, especially after having my sites hacked.
