When we found this deal the community had around 45 homes in it, now we are close to 60 total homes and looking to bring that number up to around 80.

I have been Quest client for 6 years and this transition is beyond anything I have ever seen and my career was putting new systems in for companies.I am trying to get a deal closed and can’t get a response.

My answer, yes I currently am buying a $165,000 property in Phoenix (not listed on the MLS) using one of my methods to find, using only $5,871 plus closing costs of my money.

I already have some equity in the property after doing a complete rehab but I don't want to diminish my returns selling it after one year, paying for commissions/closing costs.

Did you guys close and everything go smooth?

Because you are essentially buying into an existing business, the sale of it could generate a disproportionate amount of tax for you given your time in this deal.

The only open position they have on their website is a sales position and it seems that for a company of their scale and caliber, they would also be hiring for other positions as well.

I know that i could buy my next multi family property as a primary residence close by move in, rent half live in the other and than rent where i am now which would cash flow upwards of 1k monthly, or i could buy another multi as strictly an investment property out of state which would be a lot cheaper (taxes and cost of property) and a lot more landlord friendly laws than New York, i guess i’m just undecided on which route i want to take and I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons of each scenario.

I suspect, in order to reach an ARV of $140k, the rent would need to be close to $1,500.

I just bought my first STR and hopefully closing in February.
