Regarding the cleaning service; does that also include changing bed sheets, laundry for towels/linens to get ready for next guests, etc?

The owner very cleverly and efficiently turned this 3 story SFH into 5 separate units.

So ultimately these clubs are either famously overt pitch fests or clever pitch fests in disguise.
