There is an idea that is circulating around BP, that only one party should make money on a JV.  

If not, once we form the joint LLC should we get a bank account for that LLC and have all the funds circulate through that one account or should my partner who is funding the deal keep all the funds in the bank account in the name of his LLC and just cut checks from that account?

If cracked, combustion vapors will get blown into home circulating air, like if a radiator has a leak the fluid will spray out slowly, right. 

The piping could be air locked (no hot water circulating).

You'll feel poor, unfortunately, because you'll start pulling a lot of cash flow out of circulation to set aside.

This inflation factor is already known even decades ago that home price would just go up following the circulation of money.Nonetheless, primary housing is much more important than oil, gold, and timber combined LOL.

Then there's your HVAC ductwork that's been contaminated, circulating that crap. 

So it depends on how many "tickets" are in circulation.
