I've not read any of his scribbles and had only known of him as a talking head on the Guru circuit - primarily after he was in the news over financial difficulties he was having at the time.Anything that motivates folks to put down the cheetos, get off the couch and do something to better their future has some merit.

Our process is very thorough and includes removing old galvanized plumbing and replacing it with copper and PVC, replacing all new electrical wiring in conduit and breaker panels, all new HVAC including furnaces, condensers and water tanks.

Liens on a property aren't necessarily a deal breaker, but trying to negotiate a sale without the potential buyer (or wholesaler) knowing about them is just a waste of everyone's time, because these will come to light later.
