The Sands Bethlehem Casino is bringing major revenue to the Lehigh County where some residents property tax have actually lowered.

I would be buying lots from those that don't want to rebuild up in fountain grove or Silverado wait a year or two then build some spec homes.. probably easily 2X to 3X your cash.. in 36 months or less.you could join me in my development in Rohnert Park right next to the Graton Casino... 45 minute drive to view your investment LOL... we are not suppose to advertise on BP but since the guys above me talked about their deals I thought I would throw a few out.. also Performing first trust deeds are solid for the passive investor... 8 to 12% is possible you can do that with some crowd funders and local hardmoney lenders.. we have a 9% 5 year product that gives you consistent return with out having to get paid off and find that new deal all the time.

I'd rather take my money to Las Vegas, and I've never spent a penny in a casino. 

They make more money collecting insurance premiums then money they spend paying out insurance policies.It's like gambling at the casino.

You need to know and keep current with the development in your market, like the new casino "Live" in South Philly.

It starts raining so we all drive over to the casino , grab some more beer and some peanuts for lunch .   

I am sure there are plenty of commercial landscape companies that can bid that.. well I bet at least half a dozen in a 2 million metro like Vegas.. think of the companies that handle the casino's and or simply drive by some of the bigger apartment complex's and make note of the names on the trucks of those doing the landscaping.

Someday I'm going to have enough to partner with American Indians and build a casino in a backwater with a long history of really miserable math achievement scores in the local schools.
