This guy thought tighter was better, as I suppose do most self-taught dial 1-800-BIGCASH plumbing techs, one of whom, I was informed by the former owner, installed the kitchen sink some 9 years ago.So the slow leak that eventually got through the insufficient plumbers putty had rotted out the rubber washer and the cardboard washer underneath, and then eaten through the locknut.

Or for another example I bought a property on the duplex on the eastern shore which has basically zero apartment buildings and very few 2bd’s so even though mine is a 2bd (which I generally don’t love) if it ever goes vacant I will have zero issue renting it because as long as I’m below a single family home in price it will get scooped up asap because there are no apartments to compete against.

You could get some cardboard banker boxes and put all of the papers related to purchasing the properties into one; maybe each property could get it's own manila envelope or something.

Ive done it both ways and now we follow this procedure with our painted trim.Spray walls - install flooring cabinetry and all trim, cover everything spray trim, then I completely finish the home and the painter returns and rolls walls again and does any trim touchups.Be cautious with your hardwood floors when they are covered or protected by cardboards.

I'd tell him I appreciate him as a tenant and Home Depot has a treatment to clean the oil off the driveway and cardboard to put under his leak, and t must get expensive having to put oil i all of the time.
