Renters do not expect boutique accommodations and will accept the standard.Once you have a larger number of units with regular turnover simple, quick and least expensive becomes the best business option.

I am trying to organize financing on a small boutique hotel/cabins in a Montana tourist area. 

What other businesses like a boutique hotel or software company could you invest in?

We are boutique company specializing in small multifamily properties, single family homes & luxury condos on the westside of Los Angeles. 

Crain's has the scoop on the proposed new development, which would give Detroit another boutique hotel.

Boutique PM that manages around 300 doors but very fair and great communication.

Now some of my boutique guys make far less and give some pretty fair deals but you have to hunt for those.

I am looking for Class A & B large multi family properties and also looking for a Boutique Hotel in the southeast region or preferably Florida.

Guests Services, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Cleaning team, Handymen etc.I am interested in the idea of purchasing a boutique hotel and run it within my current systems.I have no experience in finding a hotel, market value of them, or anything.My questions stems from do you think it would be an easy transition to operate the business side of the hotel with the infrastructure i already have in place?
