Dilute bleach into a spray bottle, spray the mold a couple times a day if possible for 3-5 days.

Also make sure that they(seller) don't just throw some bleach on it, paint and think that they solved the "mold issue".

Heavily diluted bleach and water usually.

Seal all asphalt, resurface all concrete, tuck-point masonry, patch & skim coat all stucko, bleach all siding, paint the trim and add fertilizer to make the grass greener.Establish a budget for your renewal project and keep going till you are out of budget.Good luck!

Pour bleach down all drains including floor/ basement drains.

Tenants know I do a series of other maintenance items on the same trip.This is my basic list.(1) Replace AC filter.(2) Bleach AC condensate drain line.(3) Test thermostat and replace batteries if necessary.(4) Exercise ALL shutoff valves - kitchens and bathrooms.(5) Inspect and feel around under sink drains for moisture and leaks.(6) Open toilet tank and look at the tank bolts and overflow tube.(7) Test garbage disposer and throw some ice down.(8) Test smoke and fire alarms. 

Anyway, if mold exists and it's not too bad you can clean the area with a mixture of 1 part bleach to 5 parts water.

Not only for the environment, but also the roof.Tide is a detergent and the active ingredient that addresses the roof is chlorine bleach.

That's caused by badly sealed or single pain glass & you not wiping it up when that happens.Better to use hydrogen peroxide rather than bleach when cleaning mould.

Assuming it is,  I figured I'd clean w/ bleach water or other mold killer,  put a bucket of DampRid in the closet and ask her to keep an eye on it.
