Some of the factors that make it desirable for Investors is affordability to buy into, great return on investment, positive cash flow potential and an economical growth rate that rivals other larger metropolitan cities.

It is blind belief that rivals religious dogma.

By being honest - you will keep your clients happy and not leave a bitter feeling towards realtors in general.

One surprise to many (save those in Western Canada) is that Vancouver has started to rival places like Hong Kong.That said, being expensive does not necessarily make a place the unaffordable ... though it definitely is a factor.  

Who knows what bitterness this might cause (as they already expressed).

They may cause damage if they become bitter.

I don't want to be bitter about this, and there's really no point in it anyway.

If through communication can reduce the bitter feeling and avoid taking this case to court, I think it is the best interest of all parties.
