I bet you could make little to no money in 20 hours a week.

I bet you were floored when the person ordered every package you had to offer!!

I bet not many sponsors who are leaking oil would even consider that.. etc etc.. thye video'd it so you can probably ask them for a copy of it.

At this point, I would recommend having a line of credit to cover these things so you don't have money sitting in the bank doing nothing when it could be put to work.I have 33 units, no debt except for mortgages, and excellent income.

AirBNB is a platform.Personally I like a single, eye catching line.

My line of thinking is, Airbnb allows "Legal Entities", IE a multi member business. 

If you have a lease with this tenant that allows them the dogs, you can still say they are in violation of the lease, I'll bet, by something in the lease that says they aren't to bother the neighbors or cause any disturbances, etc.
