HELOC should be used for repairs on the primary home or to buy cash flowing high demand area rental income real estate.

I wouldn’t invest too much in old technology right before demand creates improvements. 

At that point there really is only a few.. file complaints with regulators and see if that gets you any funds paid back and or hire a lawyer and make demands and or litigate and enter into some sort of settlement agreement or get a judgement and hope that U can collect on it.OR dig a little into what the assets are whats left and can any new money be made with them.. the Mastermind business can be quite lucrative I know for a fact. 

If you're planning on utilizing a self-showing model with cameras you'll need to make sure you disclose to prospective tenants viewing the property that there are cameras on premise.At scale, we've coordinated 160,000+ on-demand/self showings with smart lockboxes over the past 5 almost 6 years with very few issues.

There are a few highly rated HipCamp hosts in our area that have 'U-Pick' farms of produce and/or petting zoo type animals, and they've added a handful of RV sites to go along with it.  

Give it, then take it away in hopes of increasing demand.
