Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?

That is subjective though - I just advise my exchange clients to understand that number and understand their exposure.

I also understand that some cash buyers, unlike many of those motivated by greed, are honest and knowledgeable, however I find it difficult to identify them.

You're going to lose your loan from what I understand.

If you're not sure of you preferred direction with your next property I would invest in understanding investing more thoroughly and read 5-10 books as well as speak to other experienced investors.

So if I understand, you would get a loan the normal way and then the bank trust is an extra fee that comes along with owning the property in Mexico?

As someone else said, check the history of prior gas bills and the average bill in your zip code, and understand that you might have to eat that cost.

I understand where you are coming from as we always did our taxes on turbo tax as well until we purchased rental properties.
