I felt extremely prepared as I had a sold foundation of knowledge (much to the thanks of many posters on this board) and I've read numerous times about the importance of these meetings.This REIA boasted a reputation as the states largest and most accomplished organization that has transcended the boundaries of other organizations (a paraphrase).

Be ultra-conservative about the numbers and you should be ok as long as you find "boots on the ground" to validate your numbers and property condition.

There are however an unexpected number of very wealthy and even ultra wealthy individuals as there is throughout Asia. 

Maybe some 11-12%, but that's on the ultra high end. 

California the added risks would be dealing with the crazy landlord tenant laws might dissuade me a bit but renting property in those ultra Blue areas dissuades me and many others in general, lol.One time we had two tenants in a single family home.

Like Park Avenue in New York where ultra-high net worth individuals would buy million dollar condos, but this is far beyond the A location that I typically use for an apartment complex.B locationA B location might be an area that is up and coming, and where people are moving too.

I have never had an issue with Behr Ultra and it is my brand of choice.

Look for episodes with the title “Power List” in them as it is a strategy he boasts about.
