Hey there,  As I stated in the Title, I'm a "HENRY" (High Earner Not Rich Yet).

It seems like everyone wants to get into the wholesale market since it's the new "get rich quick with no money" racket and the better deals seem to be landing in the more experienced outfits hands.Most of my clients have been looking in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek and Muskegon markets due to the lower price points and better rents/vs/sale price ratios.   

Here are a few I recommend: "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Roberto Kiyosaki; "Set for Life" by Scott Trench; "The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing" by Spencer; "The BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginners Guide" found here on BP; "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Tuner.

In multifamily more than anywhere else you will find it very very hard to get anyone to lend to you unless you are already filthy rich, have done a very large number of single family deals, or you have someone very experienced signing on the deal with you.

Now anybody who knows a thing about economics know that Panama City will never come close to anything like Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

I didn’t “get rich quick”, but I’ve had a 34-year career and I’m still around to talk about it.

So now it hits a rich and famous person.

Is it because you saw that someone got rich being a real estate investor?
