I reread a post you made responding to HUD EMD a while back and you said you got yours back because of HUD not delivering clear title?  

I re read your post , the service guy made 2 trips , plus a trip to the supply house , he found the boiler was ok and found the problem and fixed it , for $ 600.

I'm re-reading some sections in your first book right now that addresses rehab cost estimations until the book arrives on Tuesday.I've been to a few REIA meetings and make it an effort to make it to the two major ones in my area every month.

It's onerous, but at least you don't have to keep rereading the same dry material over and over. 

(That sounds snotty when I re-read it, I am not meaning to be snotty...)I would ask them and see what they say.

I will definitely be rereading all of these replies over and over until I learn the things I don't know (investment lingo) and try to apply some of your personal situations and compare it to my own to see if I could go with a similar approach.

From now until Sunday my aim is reread everyone's posts and create a game plan for myself going forward.

I'm on book number six and will soon be re-reading the books put out by BP.
