.- if you can get a long term person in, ie: someone looking for a temporary place because they are moving or doing travel nursing etc, you will make more money, and save a lot of time doing clean up/turn over.- provide toiletries, menus from local restaurants for take out, some snacks etc.- place must be very clean

@Nick Rutkowski I am thinking about doing it before I go back to formal college, to probably become a nurse.

Yesterday, rather than thinking about how much the hospital costs were going to be, I just felt grateful to the doctors and nurses who took care of my sweet wife and brought my new baby into this world safe and sound.The miracle of life really is amazing.

My mom and I would like to transfer the title of her home from her to me, in order to protect the property from the costs of nursing home care, if she should ever need it.

My wife is currently going through her masters to be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner while holding a full time job as well as being a mother (ya she is a total badass), and I teach Texas History and coach football and soccer. 

I am now finishing up one property that is ideally located as a furnished rental catering to the travel nurse profession. 

I have had groups of summer interns, construction workers, families and traveling nurses all stay in my 4-bedroom properties.Over the years I have never lost more than a broken lampshade due to an AirBnB guest.

There are other programs for traveling nurses and physicians out there you can always look into.

Johnny pays cheap rent to the owner, which is contributing to the  down payment of the purchase price.The house Johnny lives in  also has a lien on it, because the seller's mother left behind a sizeable nursing home debt. 

I plan on being out of Dallas within 6 months, so I could also rent out my side for $1200-$1250 a month which would be a cash flow of just $340-$390 a month.My ultimate goal is to keep my living expenses to a minimum, my plan this year was to sell all of my furniture and end my lease at my apartment to do travel nursing, which would allow me to pocket the stipend money and have no rent to pay.
