With an end to the construction on 36 in sight, maybe it'll get better on the north end (stop laughing, fellow Denverites), but the south has been a mess for the 10 years I've been here... was probably a mess well before that, and will continue to be a mess well into the future.

I’ve been researching North and Northwest suburbs to invest but haven’t had a chance to research lenders.  

I wish I lived in one of those midwest states or north of Florida states.

My first profit was 3-4 mo after joining, north of 3x my purchase price.

Hi BP - I'm a North Jersey investor and am looking to connect and network with a specific niche: owners and investors in licensed Rooming Houses or Boarding Houses in NJ.

I am able to travel north into JC easily but towards Asheville and anywhere south is impossible as the bridges have all been washed away. 

We have strong tenant pools so almost never have significant damages anyways (I never have on north side).

We specialize in remodels in the North Lake Tahoe area and rarely take on projects in Truckee. 

Only nearby city that rivals it is Amarillo (2.5hr drive north) and it does not have anywhere near the education infrastructure or $$$ inflow Lubbock has (at least not yet) with Texas Tech and associated schools, SPCC, LCU.
