It starts raining so we all drive over to the casino , grab some more beer and some peanuts for lunch .   

I am sure there are plenty of commercial landscape companies that can bid that.. well I bet at least half a dozen in a 2 million metro like Vegas.. think of the companies that handle the casino's and or simply drive by some of the bigger apartment complex's and make note of the names on the trucks of those doing the landscaping.

Someday I'm going to have enough to partner with American Indians and build a casino in a backwater with a long history of really miserable math achievement scores in the local schools.

Me..........I like casinos and buffets.

While it sounds crazy to anyone with a logical mind, the market hitting all time highs every day (kind of like how a casino slot machine blinks and blasts music at you - thanks CNN and Fox!)

As many of you know, Boston's North Shore is currently undergoing construction to build the Wynn Boston Casino resort planned to open in summer of 2019.

There are a lot of crazy construction activities happening in Chelsea (new silver line to downtown, GE office, FBI building, new casinos etc). 

@Amy Rodgers We are currently investing in orange county ny, Legoland is coming to the area and they also recently opened the Resorts World Catskills casino nearby. 

They are renovating a lot of the casinos in the area as well.

Factor in jobs, economy, consumer confidence, visitors to Las Vegas, $1.9B Raiders stadium, and new casino construction on Vegas strip.
