I would like to network with investors that have done hundreds of deals and have made multiple millions of dollars in real estate. 

It was a big moment in my real estate journey.

This almost always means they are a land lord or the property is currently vacant and likely to sell soon.

It’s still surreal to me that I’m able to own real estate at 20, but I know this is just the beginning.

But in the meanwhile, I have come across a land in an up and coming CT market which is already approved for under 10 units.

I worked in different fields for decades, was a stay at home mom, then activated my real estate license (it was inactive for 15 years and I stayed up on my continuing education).
