JPMorgan Chase was fined the most by the Commission for its alleged involvement in the cartel, approximately $77 MM, for influencing the Libor benchmark rate.The second banking cartel that was uncovered by the Commission involved an agreement on the price of derivatives versus a manipulation of the Libor.

So I have come across 3 situations in which I have doubts, so if the pros don’t mind please help understand the following scenarios/questions:1)  On a property that was auctioned and sold to an investor yesterday , JP Morgan (1 note holder) filled Lis Pendens against owner, then later conveys (assigns) mortgage to Federal Deposit and Washington Mutual; Federal Deposit and Washington Mutual then conveys (assigns) mortgage to BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC.

@Sean Troy Maybe, the captains of the day, Carnegie, Rockefeller, JP Morgan, Ford, Vanderbilt and others were focused primarily on industries like steel, oil, banking, cars, railroads, and true they did acquire real estate, but that wasn't their primary focus.When Morgan bought Carnegie Steel, he made Carnegie the richest man in the US and maybe the world.
