Propstream is great as a list aggregator but I know many users who have better luck skip tracing outside of their system.

Also, right now we are utilizing FB but we may change this next year to a platform outside of FB for better interaction and more security.

Do you get any volume discounts or better service due to the volume of your business from the current providers, that might be something to consider. not sure if that is even a thing for lawyers though.

It is always better to invest locally.  

Each year we've gotten better, and 2024 was a great for us with our main focus being the client experience. 

I just don't want to keep waiting but waiting for nicer property that is B to A neighborhood may be better.
