I definitely feel bad for our society collectively, but I also don't think they should stigmitize us as landlords--who are really job creating entrepreneurs and small business owners.Us landlords are probably going to be the last ones that government and society will think to need help or assistance.

My dad is an entrepreneur in my definition as he has started a couple businesses but never had the mindset to bring them to the NEXT level, if you know what I mean.

Still have that entrepreneur spirit of moving to the Midwest for my girlfriend, starting my own business, realtor, anything to start creating income.
