This can help you to really dive deep into concepts like BRRRR and before you know it, you'll have a vast library of knowledge before you even invest your first dollar.  

The best approach for me personally is to take the best concepts of different systems and "gurus" and combine them into something that makes sense to you.

I'd then look into the concept of "infinite returns."

I've never invested with Ashcroft, but I think they had a good product/concept for certain investors. 

Subject To deals are RARE, but being familiar with the concept can allow you to get a deal done quickly, with a real plan to get the seller's note paid as soon as is practical, but immediately if it becomes necessary.
