The poor defense attorney is pleading the case against those who have been authorized under law to interpret it, administrate it, enforce it and the burden of proof as to the commission of any violation is shown by that interpretation, it is on the defendant to prove otherwise.

And even if they put your name as defendant, the agreement still doesn't have your name on it.Although I'd run it past your realty lawyer to start with, but there is no agreement you have signed with them.
