I just paid about $2k to do a whole house but that included painting the walls a lighter color and repairing all of the small cracks and holes from the previous owner hanging pictures and shelves all over the walls.

It is both psychological AND legal protection, so long as it is set up properly and maintained properly. 

Both of us were found to be at fault because the magistrate believed the lies the tenant told, but also said the tenant could not repaint my apartment interior any color she wanted.

However, Pasadena is full of older houses that need some modern amenities and features, like higher ceilings, smooth ceilings, new flooring, double pane windows, modern appliances, modern paint colors, etc. 

This house was roughly the same size and had the same color scheme, the same floors and even the same granite counters.

If anyone has recommendations for a grey color for the wall and a trim that goes well that you use please tell me!

So instead of a machine painting a room-a longterm solution to turn walls into screens where they are protected more from abuse and can have colors change by hitting a button.

I haven’t paid much attention to brands because I just look for deals on darker colored planks. 4.2mm is the thickness I’ve got on clearance quite a few times.
