I know that to mine a bitcoin a computer has to do so many calculations, yada, yada,yada and a bitcoin is created-oh and there can only be 21 million  of them.

(Hence why do you think Bitcoin is getting so much popularity ) Bottom line is there’s a draw back every 8-10 years so we have been overdue for a correction for a long time..

Don't invest in gold or bitcoin.

Wall Street loves this environment, real estate Optimists vigorously arguing with Pessimists who tear away at the value of real estate and the soundness of owning and keeping it.It keeps us occupied debating real estate rather than turning our attention to  an equally important debate, the soundness of staying in Wall Street's products.I can live in my rental if necessary.I cannot live in my Gold, Bitcoins or Wall Street portfolio.
