I've never tried it, but I'll take what's been said here as a firm warning. 

I've warned people in the comment section of Morris Invest's Videos, but they get deleted. 

There will be plenty on warning before a base is set to close and in some cases you may see those sign before the service members do, but thats all in the risk of being in this business.

If you know the market well enough, then lack of disclosure is not totally a reason to abandon discussions though you should have some warning flags up. 

Maybe it will have to be litigated in the future.If I had a client acting on your interpretation, I would warn them about the legal uncertainty and the risk of being disqualified.Thanks for bringing this up.
