Well...they can, but they would be lying or just plain wrong!

I have tried several times to correct my categories using that very link Airbnb pointed me to (I have a few very wrong categories - like national park, and a few very correct ones - like beachfront) and they refuse to correct them.  

I was wrong. 

Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

Anything less than that is either because the client never clearly understood the loan type we offer or something we did wrong. 

If you are trying to come up with a way to finagle the occupancy requirements while using an amazing loan (that you earned based on your service) like a VA, I would say you are starting off on the wrong foot.

I’m slowly learning how to identify soil types but like you said….we can’t afford to be wrong right now  jurisdictions are different all over the US.. many still just use perk tests  others do the soil samples so you just have to deal with your current area and regulations.

I just mean to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with their business plan, their operational expertise, and so on, so unless something melts the economy down, it seems as though Brian integrity of the operators is the only remaining variable. 

Can it be done wrongly, illegally and be a big mistake?
