It would probably be worth taking a workshop if you are just starting out.

The method consists of marketing/publicizing the guru to create demand for the initial “free seminar”, where a pitch is made for a low priced $99 - $199 weekend workshop.  

I'm landing on the 5th, and have the 6th open since I have not registered for any of the workshops

But the city has risks too: historic tanneries, dry cleaners, gas stations, garages, workshops, any kind of industrial use - always be suspicious of what people did with chemicals back in the 50s and 60s when the general population had no awareness of the damage
