I used to not keep a board up but now with running marketing campaigns, juggling leads, and managing flip properties; I feel like I have to have one. It's been up for three weeks and I look forward every Monday to set...

Even with all that, I help him and put a poster in my work place to try to get a tenant...and the same time I have been reading the GA code and there are things that I don't get very well but I think he is misunderstanding (or me?)

In my opinion not owning any real estate at all but in my current work place I deal with a lot of men and women.

Also what do you guys think about this one person I know he is 54 he is a client of ours and he is a contractor, he says he wouldn’t mind teaching me even more he encourages me to get into it, by taking me to his work place and start teaching me what a house needs how to find it etc. though I really like the idea of learning from him I was wondering what you guys think?

(I am wording it this way because IRS pubs word it this way, on no monkey knows what they actually mean).I also remember a few years back I may have read something about that if you expect to go to a place for a year or more regularly, it will be considered your workplace, so the drive will be a commute, no matter what.

I use it at my work place and trust me it sucks big time.
