Remember SEC never took action against Bernie Madoff who stole 42 Billion in a real Ponzi scheme that he gloated about and that was uncovered 5 years earlier by Markopolos who reported it in excruciating details to the SEC.

One more conincidence, they had enough paper with price to give to everyone,  and for some mysterious reason, the guy who is so nice to talk to us about the Elite course because some folks had asked him has a full PPT presentation about the elite program...then it was followed by a women who showed us for another 2 hours about how the mentorship was great (hotel, mercedes, ect).

The women carry pepper spray and one of my past employees kept a gun in her desk, pepper spray on the desk, and a taser in her purse.She was a nut and I fired her (not related to weapons).

There is very little technical knowledge needed, but there is a lot of common sense needed.I would google "rental property investing for beginners" and see what you uncover.  

As we got into what was supposed to be just a cosmetic rehab we uncovered several things that set me back by about 5 months and $40K.

Whoever gave this person “women of the year award” should be sued for doing zero due diligence on this person

.: Recent items that are being uncovered:-Money was continued to be raised right up until the public notice to stop interest payments-Many people that invested recently either received only 1 or 0 payments prior to notice-The recent notes changed the venue from WY to TX, and the new TX contract doesn't allow for litigation and forces arbitration, not sure what to think about that, but seemed like it was done in anticipation for this-Still no transparency or communication from Marco about what is actually happening or plan moving forward-It appears that norada banking information was immediately changed when the notice was sent out and some of the last interest payments bouncedI share this information to encourage others that have information to also share it so we can all be more educated as no one is receiving any updates or information from norada.
