Any screening service that works for long term rentals works just as well for MTR.I do my analysis my checking comps on Airbnb and using Pricelabs market data tools.Let me know what else I can help with!

@Katie Roche - I have never worked with RTR, so I have no opinion or comment on them whatsoever accordingly.However, I find the comments about Harvest, AL made by them to be. . .well, bizarre.60 days to rent in Harvest means that either the property isn't adequately rehabbed and/or not priced accurately. 

@James Wilcox is a really great resource in these areas as well.

Not that I got any business from it, but I really liked the young wholesalers (they were good kids that are just trying to do it the right way) that threw it as well as a few of the people that attended.

You can just have people rebook if they want.We bought our lake house for use to use on occasion as well.

That sounds like something I'd be interested in looking at as well.
