If I block my card it'll take at least a week to be able to use it!

I ended up closing on a duplex house this week with the intent to rehab the whole place.

I then sent 6 emails over the next 10 days that were not responded to until the last one on 2/29/24, and was told it didn't go out in the prior week, and that your DoC was "hoping it would go out in this week's batch" (3/1/24). 

I will try and remember to come back and update what I find out in a week or two of testing out both platforms.

We were in Spain for 3 weeks about 2 weeks ago.  

I came across a book on amazon called "How to own your home years sooner & retire debt free" by Harj Gill.

Highs in the 15s and lows will be 0 this week. 

Nathan, it sounds like you're seeing some of the same type of activity in the last week we have had down here too.

Yeah I was asking for neighborhoods, we’re gonna go next week and look around.
