Try to limit them as much as you can be limiting thermostats, water savers, motion detector lights and low wattage bulbs where reasonable.

Also, that figure would be for the compressor and fan combined, need to estimate a "duty" cycle for the compressor which utilizes most of the wattage, but only when it is operating.
