I ended up spending  $5  to remove the watermark.

If you do use Craigslist, add phone number watermarks across your photos.

THEN you'll see the prop mgmt companies that watermark the images, google them and see what else they list.

I had seen images with the PM watermark on them.

I didn't notice it until days later after it had dried and left a large water mark.  

Since the escrow account "low water mark" is over the legally allowed amount (2 months worth is allowed at low water mark), the money can't be kept in the escrow account.

The house has roof damage which is protected for now but needs a new roof. the garage has visible 2.5 foot water marks on the walls from flooding.

@Robert Wright , when using Craigslist, watermark your photos with your phone number (NOT address) and do not include the actual address in the listing.

Watermark Exchange has moving inventory but if you reach out to them, they can often pull something that's not on the books.We also move assets from different hedge funds on a regular basis as well.
