Yes you partner with them on the individual deal but you get the reps in to become better at watching a deal from start to finish. 

I suspect but dont know .. this has all the red flags of lenders to watch out for as in pump and dump due diligence schemes..

I'd sit on my couch and watch the Elk coming down to the river, geese, deer.

I'm hoping to learn from others on the forums, perhaps find some mentors, meet some people in person and watch them do the things I've only read about thus far, and grow my portfolio. 

Stuff like if want us to do CRP, or if have us send someone to "babysit" and watch a vendor Landlord hired from Craiglist and doesn't trust. yeah, had that happen before.

And you can definitely pay off your home faster if you focus on running all of your expenses through it and watch your expenses.
