I agree, having a comfortability with debt is unavoidable, I also feel that I could find more comfort with that debt due to its necessity for investing.

This kind of situation is usually unavoidable. 

(using qualified service companies ONLY, of course....and all the other things that I'm learning about here on BP and from my mentor.)I fully understand that FC is in the mix and is unavoidable.  

I know failure is actually unavoidable in real estate (real estate investing, starting with wholesaling), and while I can't predict what or when that will be, but can at least expect it to happen.

Bankruptcies are a different matter, while they could qualify after 3 years, that is when the cause was not due to their financial failure, being unforeseen and unavoidable like a plant closing that puts the out of work or medical bills.

Ahh - guys, that's just something that is unavoidable.

Data entry errors are unavoidable, and it is humurous to see the same typing error propogated into a national site.

I almost NEVER use outsiders for any work (I'm a pretty anal, Type "A" personality, so it's difficult for anyone to do work up to my standards), unless it's unavoidable.

It is unavoidable. 

If you don't save up a healthy amount not only will purchasing a house drain you but there will always be unavoidable costs you'll incur.
