I’m a Milwaukee local with a passion for real estate and currently work in the Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Racine areas.

They don’t factor in the quality of renovations or unique property features, which are critical when determining a true ARV.

True story about my mentor- On one occasion I asked him why does he contribute so much of his time and knowledge to my journey. 

It was a true trade-off as the Logan area is more limited in STRs and new builds so ADRs are higher and likely to stay there compared to RRG where the market is headed towards being flooded and there's the potential of ADRs going down like in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. 

So far, I have been fueled by passion and determination but I do not have any mentors and have not had a lot of guidance at all as I have obtained these properties.
