It might be worth talking to a lawyer but not sure if it's small claims or worth it.Also, you might already have all of these things but for future prevention:- smart thermostat (so you receive alerts when the inside temperature dips below whatever preset you have)- Minut (or similar device) would also alert you to the inside (and outside) temperatures; for example, I have 2 devices inside the house and outside on the hot tub deck.

By the time they research and go down all the rabbit holes of different strategies, never sticking to one in order to gain traction, they get exhausted, throw their hands up and never take any real substantive action.Pick something and go with it, all the way to its conclusion.  

There's nothing wrong with your strategy other than the partnership component, but don't twist the numbers in your hypotheticals in order to gain traction. 

I recommend reading the book traction and following EOS - they have a one page business plan that is awesome to follow. any planner can work it's a matter of creating the plan and how to monitor and follow through with it which eos teaches

It might seem like a kindness to provide a printer to a traveling professional, but until they invent one that works on every device, every time; that doesn't need paper at two in the morning; and has cheap toner that refills itself, we will pass on that amenity.I am sure there are other examples for all 4 quadrants, but like @Allen Duan wrote the important thing is to look at amentities through the lens of the end user (with an eye towards the "competition").

But we’re starting to see this program gain traction along the Front Range especially with lower income tenants and properties.

No offense man, but instead of wasting so much time with Youtube/Google (who we all know have no history of any kind of bias/censorship,lol) just take 5 minutes and toss the video on another platform and share the link so it can gain some traction. 

My STR had 15 Mbps, and I could stream Netflix on four TVs and a mobile device without any lag.
