Guys, I’m trying to track down one of the guests I heard on the Real Estate Rookie podcast a couple of months ago.

I use Rentec Direct which does a great job of tracking multiple owners/properties/tenants with the pooled bank accounts.

I also want to make sure w seller financing there is an online dashboard i can log in at escrow or title company to track the loan paydown and monthly payments like w any mortgage bank.. did not see that on forums.

I think you're on the right track in terms of it's proximity to other MSA's.  

I just wanted to share some examples of the commodities tracked to illustrate how trends have changed over the past decade.

I use rent receipts for my tenants to keep track of payments.

I've tracked my metrics over the years and I'm getting 99% hit rates with fewer than 1% wrong number percentages.

Does Baseline give you the option to track expenses without attaching it to a particular property?

What is your track record of success?

I tracked it and heard from the property manager they may take $1.3mil, but they didn't even flinch at $1.2mil cash, and we got it done.
