We also get top dollar for the summer months.Surprisingly we rent out alot in the winter spring and fall.There are major fishing tournaments that bring us extra bookings and people who just come up to fish.We have a covered boat slip with a lift where my boat stays unless someone asks to use it.We make improvements every year to make the place nicer. 

I also do some amateur boxing and wrestling tournaments.

This will allow people to reserve just a weekend I would raise the price on Memorial day weekend and lower the min stay to 3 or 4 days.I would add increased rates for any 3 day holiday weekends such as EasterLook at events that will be going on in your area, fishing tournaments, festivals etc and add special pricing for those time frames.Could you add gear for ice fishing in the winter to attract winter fisherman?

Together, my partner and I have come up with approximately 24 ideas for the project, including, the annual "3 on 3" basketball tournament, the annual carnival and Redding's most favorite event Kool April Nites.

This was just our 3rd tournament.

Once we get comfortable with our first unit, our goals are to look for additional multi-family homes in West Michigan and Northern Indiana (ideally within 3 hours drive of our place of residence).I'm a transplant from Oklahoma and work in the golf industry as a tournament director for a major championship.

Their algorithm will look at a homes in your area, but it's a broad area and not easily comparable.As far as rural areas, if there is any type sports tourism (software tournaments, soccer, etc.) you might be able to play that up. 

I think UVA has the best chance in history to win the tournament this year!
